In the wake of SOPA and PIPA hysteria, Walker News Desk has had an unexplained, censorship experience with another blog service. It is under investigation at this time. BE ADVISED Walker News Desk is both an entertainment property and an actual news gathering and news distribution enterprise. The news is real, topical and within the ambit of the “unalienable rights” of free speech, freedom of assembly, and freedom of association discussed in many legal treatises world wide. There are many subterfuges for CENSORSHIP OF THE CONTENT lurking about the internet testing their metal for many hidden goals. We consider serious offenses the censorship, infringement and violations of "unalienable rights" to, among other things, speak, communicate in written form, assemble for peaceful means for discussion of issue and topics which affect all of us secured as protected by the Constitution, but not created by the Constitution or any legislation. Should a viewer or reader of our FAIR USE statement disagree, we recommend a prior and thorough review of all the content at Center of Social Media, School of Communication at American University.
